The Self Love Day Retreat is BACK!

After the success of last year, I am so excited to bring back this uplifting and self care filled day!

 

A chance to fill your cup up and to remind yourself of just how amazing and worthy you are.

A day just for you, where you can nurture your body through movement and nourishing food, still your mind through meditation and raise your vibration through positive mindset coaching.

Our day will start with an uplifting meditation and yoga practice, followed by a hearty and healthy lunch, free time, a coaching workshop and a restorative yoga practice to wind down with before heading back home.

The Yoga Garden is a beautiful and tranquil place, a relaxing yurt in a field, surrounded by wild flowers set next to a gorgeous lake.

Alongside the activities for the day, you will also have time to enjoy some YOU time, maybe taking a walk around the Knepp Estate, relaxing with a book or perhaps enjoyig some wild swimming.

Getting There

The Yoga Garden is just over an hours drive from London, with plenty of parking on site.

Trains also run regulary from London to Horsham station, which is a then a 15 minute taxi ride away from The Yoga Garden.

Indi’s Self Love Day Retreat was a wonderful experience from start to finish 🤍 Indi’s calm yet confident teaching approach made exploring various styles and paces of yoga throughout the day both accessible and enlightening.
Our morning of yoga was topped of with a nourishing, homemade lunch prepared by Indi, followed by free time to relax and connect, with many of us cheering eachother on to go cold water swimming in the nearby lake. Despite not knowing anyone beforehand, the group was warm and welcoming, a testament to the kind of people Indi’s retreats naturally draw.
Throughout the day, I particularly loved the afternoon yoga nidra practice which Indi expertly guided us through. An unexpected favorite was the prompted journaling session. Having struggled with journaling in the past, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it and how meaningful the practice felt in this setting.
